30 Day Returns

BioTech Solutions will refund any product for a period of 30 days after the product is shipped, even if the seal is broken. Unless the product was defective, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the cost to return the package back to us.

Please note that clearance items cannot be returned.

Defective/Damaged Products

If you find that there is a problem with your product, please contact the BioTech Solutions support team immediately upon receiving your order. We will then email you a return label to place directly on your box and you can return it to us at no charge to you. Once the product has tracking showing it is in transit, we will send out a replacement, issue you a store credit, or refund you the full price of the product.

How to Return a Product

If you would like to return your order, or a product within your order, please email us at support@365corsa.com or chat with us live. Once we confirm the return, you can return it to the address below. Please make sure to include a copy of your order receipt in the box, otherwise we may not know it is coming from you.
